Project Manager vacancy at Shilpakala Interiors, Cochin, Kerala.

We SHILPAKALA INTERIORS one of the leading interior designing & Interior Decoration Works Contracting Company in Kerala, We have a vacancy of PROJECT MANAGER in our firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Creating Project drawings, renderings and/or 3 d visualizations to outlined specifications
2. Developing an overall development plan for interior design of various Projects
3. Effectively working with and possibly overseeing the work of other draftsmen, Interior Designers and/or 3 D visual Designers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Personal qualities of integrity, reliability and attention to detail
2. Solid understanding of construction and interior design principles
3. Ability to work well under pressure
4. Well organized and detail oriented
5. Good leadership skills
6. Works well independently and also as part of a team
7. Strong ability to plan, delegate and communicate
8. Project management; Clearly articulating project scope and objectives, meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

1. A minimum of 3-5 years architectural experience
2. Bachelors degree in Architecture and/or equivalent required ( B Arch or B Tech )
3. Prefer background in Interior Designing Field
4. Fluent in English is a must and with other languages being an advantage
5. Excellent verbal/written skills • Well developed analytic skills
6. Advanced skills with Auto Cad, 3 d Studio max, Photo Shop • Proficiency in Microsoft Office –
7. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
8. Portfolio required.

COMPENSATIONS

Rs-20,000/- to 25,000/- PM
